Starting today, all users of hila Conversational Finance will have the ability to query their databases in various currencies and receive back those currencies properly formatted and with the appropriate context. In addition, the tool has enhanced capabilities on the home screen, for teaching new users how to interact with it, and better conversation histories.
For example, should someone want to query a database that’s in Indian Rupees, Conversational Finance provides the information in Rupees, and as always, every response includes a chart, a table and an explanation. The user defines the currencies during metadata setup.
In addition, there are now new UX functionalities to revamp the homepage and provide a more thorough conversations experience. The new home page provides many more suggested questions that are designed to help a user learn how to use the tool.
With the new “Conversations” tab, there’s a simple way for users to organize and name past interactions with Conversational Finance. This enables rapid look-up of previous conversations as well as the ability to re-engage or drill deeper into data related to those previous conversations.
Should someone want to pull up interactions they had with the tool and display them in a meeting, it can be done beforehand or on the fly.
These features join the several that have built Conversational Finance into a beloved product for our customers.
